Jim Robinson, Founder and Vice President Eastern and Mid-West US

Jim Robinson, one of the co-founders and Vice President, leads the East Coast and Mid West operations of Infinity Search, Inc. Jim has over twenty years of High Technology Search, Business Development, Management, Sales and Consulting experience. Prior to Infinity Search, Jim was Vice President and Partner at Pencom Systems Incorporated, a premier high technology search and recruiting firm where he most recently ran the New England Region. Jim joined Pencom’s Wall Street UNIX Technology Group in 1986. In 1989 Jim founded the New England office to provide services to software development firms and financial services organizations in the Boston area. He went on to establish Pencom Executive Search (a retained executive search practice) and also co-founded “CareersAtStartups”, a practice group providing on-site staffing services for venture backed high technology startups. In his seventeen year tenure with Pencom, Jim’s efforts resulted in generating $40million+ in revenues while placing hundreds of high technology leaders and creators. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Adelphi University in New York.
