Qualifications:

* Experience in recruiting, or technical sales and Business Development
* Positive attitude and a team player
* Willing to take initiative and drive things to closure
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to clearly and concisely, genuinely articulate over the phone and via email
* Fearless ability to cold-call
* Proven ability to truly source, and sell the passive candidates
* Ability to network and build long-term relationship
* Technical screening and sales experience
* Dynamic, driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Experience working in a very fast-paced group
* Internet savvy
